Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks peeled and cored
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp honey or simple syrup adjust to taste

Method
 

  1. Place the pineapple chunks, ice cubes, and honey into the blender.
  2. Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy, about 30-45 seconds. You should see a uniform, icy texture with no large ice pieces remaining.
  3. Stop the blender and check the consistency—if it’s too thick, you can add a splash of water or more pineapple juice and Blend again briefly.
  4. Pour the pineapple slushie into glasses, filling each about three-quarters full to allow space for toppings or garnishes.
  5. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves or a small pineapple wedge for a colorful finishing touch.
  6. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy the refreshing, icy tropical treat.
