  • 1 lime lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped

Method
 

  1. Scoop the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl and mash it thoroughly with a fork or potato masher until smooth but still slightly chunky.
  2. Stir in freshly squeezed lime juice and chopped cilantro, mixing well to evenly distribute the flavors. Add salt gradually, tasting as you go for seasoning.
  3. Transfer the guacamole to your hands or a piping bag to shape it easily, then form small, rounded bat bodies on a serving platter. Use a spoon to help shape the curves and wings.
  4. Create the bats' wings by gently pressing mini tortilla chips into each side of the guacamole shape, mimicking bat wings.
  5. Use a small knife to cut tiny triangles or slits in the chips if desired, to add more wing detail or to resemble bat ears.
  6. Repeat the shaping and decorating process with the remaining guacamole and chips until all bats are assembled.
  7. Once assembled, place the bat guacamole on a serving platter and adjust wings as needed for a balanced, spooky display.

For extra flair, add small edible eyes or other decorations to your bat guacamole before serving.
